Terms of Use for the Sans Complexe Lingerie Loyalty Program
ARTICLE 1 - Purpose of the loyalty program
The Club loyalty program Sans Complexe Lingerie aims, under the conditions set out in these general conditions, to accumulate points and offer its members a certain number of preferential and exclusive benefits.
ARTICLE 2 - Scope of validity
These General Conditions define participation in the Program which allows you to collect points, giving you the right to benefits based on both the amount and frequency of purchases made on the website www.sanscomplexe.com as well as the completion and validation of defined missions.
The Le Club Sans Complexe Lingerie program is only valid on the website www.sanscomplexe.com .
The benefits linked to the loyalty program cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or current commercial operations, unless otherwise stated.
ARTICLE 3 - Membership terms
Membership in the Le Club loyalty program Sans Complexe Lingerie can only be done via the website www.sanscomplexe.com by creating an account on the Create an account page .
The loyalty program is accessible subject to acceptance of these general conditions, and membership is free and open to any natural person over 18 years of age, acting in a personal capacity, residing in France .
To join the loyalty program, it is mandatory to provide your first name, last name, and email address . Membership will only be registered if the mandatory information requested is complete and usable.
Membership is nominative, personal and reserved for individuals for their own, non-professional use. It cannot be transferred. There can only be one Loyalty Program membership per person (same surname, first name(s), address, email and/or telephone number) and the associated benefits cannot be combined.
Any change in the personal data communicated for the purposes of membership in the loyalty program must be notified as soon as possible by email to service-client@sanscomplexe.com
ARTICLE 4 - Points and rewards
4.1 Overall Operation of the Program
The loyalty program allows each member, once their customer account is created, to earn points that will be directly added to their customer account. Each member will be able to benefit from advantages, discounts or gifts exclusively as soon as their balance allows. on the website www.sanscomplexe.com .
4.2 Accumulation of points
The Sans C o mplexe Ling erie Loyalty Account allows you to collect points, based on purchases made on the website www.sanscomplexe.com , provided you have identified yourself with your Account number, on the following bases: 1 euro spent = 1 point (excluding gift card purchases and delivery costs)
Delivery charges and the purchase of gift cards do not allow you to accumulate Loyalty points.
All points accumulated will be credited and available for use in benefits within thirty five (35) days after the date of purchase on the website www.sanscomplexe.com .
If the Products have not been the subject of a refund request, the points will then be credited.
Other actions are possible to accumulate points on your customer account:

Shopping in a supermarket
Purchase Sans Complexe Lingerie products from the following brands: Groupe Super U, Groupe Carrefour, Groupe Auchan, and Monoprix . presentation, for example, of a photo of the entire receipt on which you have previously circled the date, prices and descriptions of the eligible products purchased + labels attached to the product containing the original barcodes = 15 points
Sans Complexe Lingerie reserves the right not to validate tickets that are confusing or illegible.

Each member can check their points balance at any time by logging into their customer account on the website www.sanscomplexe.com .
4.3 Rewards and Discounts
After checking that the missions have been completed correctly, Sans Complexe Lingerie awards points to the loyalty program members.
When loyalty program members have reached the number of points needed to obtain a reward, they can claim it by clicking on “Redeem”.
Points expire 6 months after their acquisition date.
4.4 Cancellation of points
Points relating to an online purchase that has been the subject of a refund or return of goods will be cancelled and debited from the member's loyalty account.
ARTICLE 5 - Levels and benefits
The accumulation of points is done automatically within thirty-five (35) days on each Member's account.
The status of each Member will be indicated in the “My Account ” area on www.sanscomplexe.com .
Generally speaking, points have a lifespan of six (6) rolling months (starting within thirty-five (35) days after the date of purchase or completion of the mission). The Member has the possibility of moving to a higher status during the year (this change is made automatically depending on the number of points collected).
If the number of points collected during this period is sufficient to remain in the status in which the Member is located, no change will be made.
Failing this, the Member will be downgraded to the status to which he/she may belong depending on the number of points collected.

Three levels specific to the loyalty program can be reached by all Members depending on the evolution of their points balance:
[ Essential: 0 to 149 points] : The loyalty program member reaches this level when he accumulates up to 149 points over a period of twelve ( 12) months . He can then have:

[ Divine: from 300 points] : the Loyalty Program Member reaches this level when he accumulates more than 300 points over a period of twelve ( 12) months. He can then have:

ARTICLE 6 – Referral Program
As part of the loyalty program, Members may refer friends and family without limitation, subject to the following conditions.
6.1. Referral Conditions
The Referred Person must not already be registered in our database at the time of the invitation.
The Referrer agrees not to share their referral link or code on public, commercial, or promotional platforms (deal websites, forums, blogs, large-audience social media, etc.).
Referrals must be made in a strictly personal and non-commercial context. Any abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate use may result in the cancellation of earned rewards.
6.2. Offered Benefits
The Referred Person receives a 10€ discount on their first order, provided it reaches a minimum of €50 incl. VAT after the discount is applied.
Once the Referred Person’s order has been shipped and not returned or refunded within forty (40) days, the Referrer receives a 10€ discount on an order of at least €50 incl. VAT after discount.
6.3. Terms
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, current offers, gift cards, or prizes.
Rewards are personal, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or suspend the program at any time without notice, especially in case of abuse or attempted fraud.
ARTICLE 7 - Protection of personal data
The protection of personal data of users of the Sans Complexe Lingerie website is governed by the Confidentiality Policy .
By way of exception, this article indicates the specificities applicable to each user (hereinafter referred to as “Member”) subscribing to the loyalty program.
7.1 Means of collection
The Member's personal data is collected directly from him/her, at the time of joining the loyalty program on the website www.sanscomplexe.com .
The Member is solely responsible for the quality of the personal data that he transmits to Sans Complexe Lingerie .
7.2 Data collected
The following personal data is collected as a mandatory requirement for membership in the Sans Complexe Lingerie program . This data is required by Sans Complexe Lingerie to ensure Member authentication and enable them to carry out actions. The absence of such data, its irrelevance or its failure to be updated may cause a delay in processing the Member's request, or even its refusal.
Other personal data collected by Sans Complexe Lingerie as part of a membership is optional, in order to better understand the Member and send them communications tailored to their profile.
For information purposes, Sans Complexe Lingerie processes the Member's purchase history and their use of the website (for example, by collecting browsing data via cookies, subject to consent). This processing is not necessary for the creation of a Member account, but becomes necessary when it comes to managing the Member's eligibility for the various benefits of the Sans Complexe Lingerie program .
7.3 Purposes and legal bases
The Member's personal data may be processed for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal bases:

7.4 Retention periods
Sans Complexe Lingerie retains the Member's personal data until the purposes for which they were collected have been fulfilled, i.e. for the duration of membership in the Sans Complexe Lingerie program plus the applicable legal limitation periods, in particular to retain proof of transactions.
In some cases, a longer retention period is imposed on Sans Complexe Lingerie by a legal obligation.
Please note that data collected for commercial prospecting purposes can only be kept until you withdraw your consent, and up to three (3) years from the last commercial contact with Sans Complexe Lingerie.
7.5 Recipients
Sans Complexe Lingerie only transmits the Member's personal data to recipients who strictly need it, to ensure that it is processed in accordance with the purpose for which it was collected.
In this context, the service providers involved in the management of the Sans Complexe Lingerie program are concerned .
7.6 Individual Rights of the Member
The Member has individual rights over his or her personal data: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to limitation, right to opposition, right to portability.

Furthermore, the Member may at any time rectify their own personal data that they have provided by going to their “My Account” page on the Sans Complexe Lingerie website.
The request must indicate the right(s) that the Member wishes to exercise. In accordance with Article 12.6 of the GDPR, when San s Complexe Lingerie has reasonable doubts as to the identity of the person exercising their rights, proof of identity may be requested.
Finally, the Member has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL), if he or she considers that he or she is unable to exercise his or her rights or wishes to report a breach of the rules on the protection of personal data.
Article 8 - Duration and modification of the program
S ans C omplexe L ingerie reserves the right to modify this Loyalty Program at any time and invites Members to consult it regularly on the website www.sanscomplexe.com
Sans Complexe Lingerie also reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Loyalty Program, subject to having previously informed Members within one (1) month.
In the event of a definitive termination of the Loyalty Program or a change in Account level, Members will be informed by email , it being understood that none of them may exercise any recourse against Sans Complexe Lingerie. and for any reason whatsoever. No modification or deletion will entitle the Member to compensation.
In the event of termination of the Loyalty Program, Members who have collected a sufficient number of points may use them under the conditions then in force, for a period not exceeding three (3) months from the termination of said Program.
