You changed your mind ? An issue with your order ? You can return an item for free within 30 days after receiving your order.

All items returned to us must be in perfect condition with the original tags still attached. For any products returned worn, washed or without original labels attached, no refund will be made. We will keep them available for reshipment (shipping costs to be paid by customer).

Go to the Returns Area by clicking on the “ START A RETURN ” button below.

• Enter the order number and the tracking number or your email address.


• Select the product concerned then the reason for return: size, cut, color, etc.


• Click Continue .


• Choose the refund method you want


• Check the summary to make sure everything is correct regarding your request, then click Continue My Return
  


• Click on "Print return document" to download your return label and print it.


• You will receive an email from us to confirm that your return request has been received.

Log in to your customer account and then, in the "Orders" section, check the order number in question in the left-hand column titled "Order" and click on Request a return in the right-hand column titled "Return".

• Pack your items (you can reuse the original packaging from your order).
• Stick the return label that you previously printed on your package .
• Drop off your package at the relay point closest to you.

For any return of padded bras, spacer bras (lingerie and swimsuit), it is imperative to return them in their original cardboard packaging so as not to crush or deform the cups. If they are not returned in a box, we will not be able to refund you.

For hygiene reasons, underwear in sets will not be accepted if the packaging is opened. Lingerie accessories are not returned.

Products sold in sets must be returned in their entirety in order to be refunded (if 1 piece out of the 2 pieces making up the lot is not returned, the refund will not be carried out).
