Sans Complexe Lingerie gives you the opportunity to return your items purchased on our online store up to 30 days after the delivery date. Credit or refund: you have the choice!

For hygiene reasons, panties and stockings in sets are not returned if the packaging is opened. Lingerie accessories are not returned.

Sans Complexe Lingerie offers you either a credit (the amount will then be credited to your customer account and you can use it whenever you want for a future order), or a classic reimbursement on the bank card or on the Paypal account which was used upon payment.
