We carefully select our materials and favor recycled or organic materials and ensure that our packaging is recyclable.

Sans Complexe Lingerie ensures the safety and quality of its products with Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 certification and a strict eco-toxico approach. In 2022, 100% of our collections are certified, guaranteeing the absence of harmful substances. We go beyond regulations by adding controversial substances to our banned list and carrying out regular checks with an independent laboratory.

Sans Complexe Lingerie travaille avec un nombre limité de partenaires, sélectionnés sur des critères exigeants. Toutes les productions sont supervisées par nos bureaux d’achat situés au plus proche des pays de production. Ce fonctionnement nous permet de maîtriser la
décence des conditions de travail et de fabrication de nos produits.
Les 4 principaux partenaires, assurant 80% des volumes produits, ont obtenu des certifications sociales de premier plan de type Wrap, BSCI, Sedex, SA8000 qui garantissent la fabrication de produits cousus dans des conditions légales, humaines et éthiques. Chaque année, nous mettons à jour la liste de nos usines, disponible sur OpenSupplyHub.
Nous traçons nos produits jusqu’à la matière, nos fournisseurs de tissus, de dentelle et même d’élastiques pour garder un œil sur la provenance de nos produits et vérifier les conditions de travail dans la plupart des usines.

Sans Complexe Lingerie is committed to the prevention and fight against breast cancer with the association "Pink Ribbon" , which aims to raise awareness about breast cancer screening. Our teams are mobilizing, internally, with customers, with partners and on social networks through specific actions calling for donations and encouraging early detection.

The Ava & Ava Fantaisy lines, for example, were co-created with women who have been affected by breast cancer, in order to offer models that combine comfort, support and aesthetics, while meeting their specific needs.
